Survey investigates communication trends across Europe
Survey investigates communication trends across Europe
The European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) has launched its annual poll on the status and future of strategic communication and PR. Communication professionals across Europe are invited to participate in the survey, which is available at www.communicationmonitor.net until March 12.
The European Communication Monitor, now in its 16th year, addresses highly debated topics such as the practical challenges of diversity and inclusion in stakeholder communications, empathetic leadership in communications teams, CommTech and digital transformation, and quality in communications consulting. The survey will identify characteristics of excellent communication departments and explore commonalities and differences across Europe. Country-to-country comparisons and benchmarks of different types of organisations (private and joint-stock companies, non-profit, governmental, agencies, etc.) will make the results relevant for everybody in the field.
The European Communication Monitor is led by professors from renowned universities within the framework of the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) together with the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD). In the Czech Republic, the research is represented by Denisa Hejlová, head of the Department of Marketing Communication and Public Relations.
