Children's perspectives around the world and at home. The WONDRE project from ICSJ hosted an international conference
On September 18–19, 2025, the 2nd International Conference on Children and Youth Perspectives took place in Prague, organized by our WONDRE project team with the support of IKSŽ. The two-day meeting brought together experts from 20 countries around the world and provided a space for sharing knowledge in the field of childhood and children's experiences. -
Presentation of the candidate for the position of FSV UK Dean
The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, announced at its meeting on May 20, 2025 the election of a candidate for the position of Dean for the period 2026-2030.The candidate's presentation will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Hollar building, room H212. -

FSV UK Academic Senate nominated a candidate for the position of CU Rector
Prof. Ladislav Krištoufek was nominated as a candidate for the position of Rector of Charles University at a meeting of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. The election of the candidate for the period 2026–2030 will take place on 31 October 2025 at a meeting of the Academic Senate of Charles University. -
IKSŽ has a new doctor. Jindřich Oukropec defended his thesis on paracrisis strategies
On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Jindřich Oukropec successfully defended his dissertation in the Media and Communication Studies program. The topic of his research is titled Paracrisis Strategies for Protecting Reputation from Misinformation. -
