Science in the service of democracy. New international study maps the role of chief science advisors to governments
How can governments make better use of scientific knowledge in their decision-making? A new international study confirms that it is not enough to have data available – the key is to be able to translate it into understandable, credible, and politically relevant recommendations. The study, published in the journal Science and Public Policy, was co-authored by Karolína Pštross.
